What made each one SMART?

Look at the pattern: every example swaps a direction ("more", "better", "healthier") for an action you can see, adds a number, names a date, and usually includes how: the routine that makes it achievable. The "why" (relevance) is personal, so add your own. Write yours in the SMART goals worksheet, then track it in the goal tracker.
