Privacy & your data

No accounts, no database

GoalVision has no sign-up and no user database. Everything you create (vision boards and their photos, habits and check-ins, SMART goals, WOOP answers, resolutions, bucket list items and saved affirmations) is saved in your own browser using localStorage. It never leaves your device unless you download a backup yourself.

That also means clearing your browser data, or using a different browser or device, starts you fresh. Use the "Download backup" button on the habit tracker to move habits between devices.

AI features

Some tools have an optional AI button: the SMART goal generator, personal affirmations, vision board ideas, WOOP help, bucket list suggestions and AI images for vision boards. When you press one, only the text you typed in that box is sent to our server and on to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to create the answer. We don't store it. Please don't include names, health details or anything private. Uploaded photos are never sent anywhere.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
